With more than 10 years of experience in various Engineering roles, including Manufacturing and Process Engineer, R&D Engineer, and Electrical Controls Engineer. Jorge is the Director of Engineering at T&Di eLabs and brings expertise in hardware and software prototyping and multidisciplinary system integration.

Originally from Vietnam, but living in Dayton, Ohio since 2024, a Junior Electrical Engineering student at Wright State University with a background in Mechatronics Engineering from his home country, Vietnam. Minh fills the R&D Engineering Intern position, specializing in embedded systems, FPGA, and mechanical and electronics hardware prototyping. Minh brings a strong technical foundation in circuit design, digital logic, and hands-on prototyping, alongside programming experience in C++ and Python. Driven by a passion for continuous learning and taking ideas from concept to reality, he is focused on building practical, impactful engineering solutions.
